Working principle of fine sand Reclaimer

Working process: the pump slurry sand water mixture is transported to the high-pressure mud and sand separator, and the centrifugally graded concentrated tail sand is provided to the dewatering screen through the sand setting nozzle. After dewatering by the dewatering screen, the tail sand and water are effectively separated. A small amount of tail sand and mud are returned to the cleaning tank through the return box. When the liquid level of the cleaning tank is too high, it is discharged through the outlet. The weight concentration of material recovered from dewatering screen is 70% - 85%. The fineness modulus can be adjusted by changing the pump speed, changing the mortar concentration, adjusting the overflow water volume and replacing the mortar nozzle.
